Hello!
We wanted to update everyone on the Wine Women and Wellness! We are really excited by all the participating vendors!
- We are at 75% capacity now - so if you have friends who haven't reserved their tickets yet, make sure they sign up soon!
- Just yesterday Evolution Fresh pledged samples of their super healthy 'cold pressed' juices and other healthy snacks. This is in addition to Theo Chocolates and Veggie Grill - so your palate should be satisfied!
- For healthy movements we have Flywheel, Beluminous Yoga and personal training by Michelle Casey who trains at Excellence Health and Fitness
- For health screenings we are doing Posture Analysis, Body Composition and Utrasonic Heel Bone Density testing.
- And, we will be having several opportunites for participants to give back to the community - specifically to Shine, a unique cancer specialty store and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
- Vida Spa will be promoting their wonderful wellness spa and Blue Pearl Acupuncture will be representing Eastern medicine and acupuncture!
